Océane Ground Breaking Cermony
On June 14, a groundbreaking ceremony took place for Océane, the new, six-residence luxury condominium community on Siesta Key. Located at 4740 Ocean Boulevard, the new four-story building is on Big Pass just north of Siesta Key Village. Four of the six units are currently available, ranging in price from $3.99 million to $4.8 million. One unit sold before groundbreaking, and the other sold as soon as construction began. Construction is slated for completion by summer of 2019. Peter G. Laughlin of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is exclusively marketing the project.
