Topping Off Ceremony Marks Major Milestone for Oceane Siesta Key Condominium
Crossgate Partners, developer of Oceane Siesta Key, held a topping off ceremony this week, marking the completion of the highest point in the project. Developer Randy Moore of Crossgate Partners was proud to report that the project is on schedule with completion set for July 2019.
“Very few sites like this exist. I can’t think of any site, directly Gulf front, that is available today that offers the privacy that Oceane does on Siesta Key,” said Randy, “There is only so much land, and most of it has already been developed. Other buildings like Oceane on the key just don’t exist”.
Each residence has 4,500 sq. ft. of living space, 72-ft. Gulf-front terrace, an enclosed 3-car garage and private poolside cabana. April White, lead interior designer with DSDG architects is ready to consult with buyers in making interior design selections.
